Just tried my first half dozen of Elsas Duck Eggs.
Wow ! Superb eggies. Boiled/Fried/In cakes/ They are first rate eggs for flavour and colour and freshness - I hope to buy many more packs.
Well done for making a good job of marketing them. I hope you go from strength to strength with the production.
We bought them more…

I find the organic food thing is a bit of a blackmail. Farmers saying basically, if you don't pay us more, we will poison you or mistreat the animals, and its all your fault. I don't like that.
So I am supposed to suspend the laws of supply and demand and shell out extra so some person can live his country idyll dream? Not likely. I h more…

I wouldn't touch anything but a free range chicken, but I can't afford organic. I keep hens myself, and don't feed them organic feed, but the eggs are way better than anything I could find in the shops more…

I am impressed! Losing electricity is becoming a thing of the past. Now. As for the Mail on Sunday. How posh. I only ever have the News of the World wanting to know about the bicycle pump and jar of mayonnaise. Just kidding. It's Salad Cream. more…

Excellent! Congratulations.
I keep hens and one day a pal of mine gave me a goose egg. As a trick, I put the goose egg in the chicken coop and when the kids came home from school, sent them out for the eggs. You should have seen their faces LOL more…

Organic is certaimnly better IMO than the ghastly line-reared pulp that the majority of places serve up. I refuse to buy the two-for-a-fiver birds that swarm on the supermarket shelves, and I would rather go without than buy anything other than food that has had a decent life. I keep hobby birds myself, for the eggs, and soft sap that I am - when m more…

I'm a great believer in organic food myself so my opinion would be to stick to your guns and stay organic. Lots of other people produce almost-organic, but you are fully organic. Over the long term, surely organic has to start selling better?
